Conditions For Sale of Ticket

This ticket is issued on behalf of Swansea Pride and is subject to the terms and conditions indicated on this ticket and the Swansea Pride website.

Purchase and possession of this ticket as well as presentation of it to gain entry to the event signifies agreement to the following conditions:

1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of Swansea Pride and any licensing authority.
2. Swansea Pride reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove persons from the event for any reason where necessary.
3. The event site is a glass and can free zone. Any of these items will be confiscated on arrival and disposed of.
4. Admission to the event  is at the ticket holders own risk. Swansea Pride shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained within the premises except for death or personal injury which is caused by the negligence of Swansea Pride.
5. Swansea Pride cannot accept responsibility for property lost or stolen at the event.
6. Knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, weapons, laser pens and similar articles or dangerous or hazardous articles are not permitted within the event, and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
7. Swansea Pride reserve the right to search all persons and personal property and refuse admission to, or eject from, the event any person who refuses to be searched by a police officer or security official.
8. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on behalf of Swansea Pride may be ejected from the event.
9. Swansea Pride reserves the right to change the bill or any other aspect of the event without prior notification.
10. No money will be refunded or tickets exchanged after purchase, unless the event is cancelled. In the event of cancellation Swansea Pride’s sole obligation and liability shall be to provide a full refund of the face value of this ticket. No other claims will be entertained.
11. Please keep this ticket safe and in a good condition as a duplicate ticket will be not issued if it is lost or stolen and a defaced or illegible ticket may be invalidated.
12. No animals will be admitted to the event except Disability Assistance Dogs.
13. This ticket will remain the property of Swansea Pride at all times.
14. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event, and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the World.
15. The possession of this ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions and implies an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.

16. If this ticket is used in breach of these terms and conditions it is void (Swansea Pride reserve the right to cancel this ticket and retain any monies paid thereof) and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the event.
17. WARNING: Exposure to loud music can cause injury to your hearing.
18. No alcohol is permitted to be brought into the event.
19. You are not permitted to bring any cans, bottles, glass vessels or opened drink containers into the event.
20. PLEASE OBSERVE THE LAWS REGARDING SMOKING AT ALL TIMES.
21. SWANSEA PRIDE IS A PUBLIC TRANSPORT DESTINATION AND YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO TRAVEL TO THE EVENT BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT.
22. LAST ADMISSION TO THE EVENT IS 8PM.
